This month we are pleased to feature our project at Tithebarn Building, Liverpool which we are currently live on site with. The scheme will provide new specialist practice simulation suites, refurbished teaching rooms, staff accommodation, modern study and social spaces within one of the faculties at Liverpool John Moores University.

RED’s pre-construction team worked closely with Willmott Dixon’s project delivery team during the tender process. This ensured that the full interface detailing was considered and all risk had been closed out. This has led to the project being delivered to plan with great feedback from the site team.

Utilising Technal’s MX Curtain Walling and Saint Gobain’s Cool-Lite Solar Control glazing – we were able to meet all the project requirements achieving a great thermal performance.

Providing service delivery excellence is what we pride ourselves on, so receiving glowing reports from the site team makes our work all the more worthwhile.

“Everyone on the scheme thinks that RED Systems are better than any other sub-contractor they have worked with in the past. They say they will do something by a certain time, and do it as they say they would.”
