RED Systems are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Customer Care team.

 

Based at our Head Office in Neston, Cheshire, the position available is full time but part time applications will also be considered. Days & hours flexible with the possibility of remote working after probationary period has been completed.

 

Salary is negotiable based on experience but exceeds national minimum wage (we are a Living Wage Employer).

 

Essential Skills/Experience :

  1. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  2. Committed to the delivery of an exceptional level of customer service

  3. Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages

  4. Ability to work well under pressure and multi task

  5. Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient

  6. Ability to pay close attention to detail and not scared to challenge the norm and think outside the box

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  1. Previous work experience in a customer service role

  2. Knowledge of construction/glass industry

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be point of contact for all customer care enquires within the business.

  • Efficiently manage your time and workload.

  • Management of the customer care email inbox, ensuring all responses are within agreed SLA.

  • Ordering of any materials as a result of customer care call out.

  • Chasing of all outstanding material orders from suppliers.

  • Keep accurate records of all customer care enquires received and ensure record of current status are kept up to date.

  • Maintain excellent communication with both internal and external customers at all times to ensure timely delivery of customer care call out.

  • Engage with customers through all forms of  communications, thinking quickly and creatively in these interactions to provide a good brand image and great customer service.

  • Weekly update of outstanding customer care calls sent to Head of department and relevant external stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for ensuring KPI targets for the department are achieved.

  • Become proficient in the daily use and management of the Fieldview software systems used within the business.

  • Logging and reporting of all client snags on the Fieldview system.

  • Have working knowledge of the Microsoft package including practical experience using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

  • Maintain the product asset register on all projects.

  • Assist with the preparation of site safety files and printing of drawings for each project.

  • Monitor RED owned plant and other assets – track periodic safety check dates, location tracking.

  • Internal customer will be on site team - provide a proactive service so that Site managers have a clear understanding of the current status of customer care within the business.

  • Understand the need of the customer and provide excellent customer service to try and resolve the issue.

  • Assist with the implementation of new systems to improve the company performance.

  • Embrace the company values and ethics.

  • Undertake additional duties as required by the business
