Four In Focus

We take a peek at some of our exciting projects for 2021….

From heritage landmarks and quirky hotels, to high profile residential and education schemes, we have started 2021 with a healthy order book of exciting projects.

Working with some of the biggest names in the business, our teams are on target to deliver around 30 industry wide developments this year. Here’s a flavour of what we are working on right now.

Name: Princes Dock, Liverpool

Client: Longworth Building Services

Overview: A little bit of something different for us, working alongside another good friend of the business, Longworths, we will be undertaking remedial works to the entire façade of this landmark building to bring it up to current fire safety standards in-light of the ongoing Grenfell enquiry.

Name: Leonardo Hotel, Manchester

Client: Bowmer & Kirkland

Overview: Known as the Jenga Hotel because of it’s striking design, this project will be a key scheme for our North West office and add an exciting new dimension to the Manchester skyline.

​​​​​Name: Eagle Wharf, Peckham

Client: Hollybrook Homes

Overview: Continuing our reputation as the off-site glazing specialists, this residential project will be installed off-site in conjunction with our strategic partner FP McCann

Name: Avanti Fields School, Leicester

Client: BAM

Overview: This project will provide a new purpose built school, continuing our work with BAM Midlands, following a hugely successful heritage project at Studley Castle.

The school is a new build on a green field site. This is an inclusive Hindu faith school open to students of all faiths and none, including two primary classes and 26 additional nursery places. It will have an integrated sports block.
